Account data: your email address, and a display name if you provide one.

Advert data: the content of adverts you create, including the advertiser name and a contact email address which is never published.

Enquiry data: your name, email address, an optional telephone number and the message you send to an advertiser.

Technical data: standard server logs required to operate and secure the service.

We do not host confidential financial packs, customer databases, employee files or private lease documents. Advertisers are asked not to upload them, and buyers request them from the advertiser directly so that exchange happens outside this platform.

To operate your account and let you manage adverts, saved opportunities and alerts.

To review adverts before publication and maintain an audit trail of status changes.

To pass enquiries to the relevant advertiser so that they may reply to you.

To record payment status for the £99 advertising fee, including refunds where an advert is rejected outright.

Enquiry details are shared with the advertiser of the opportunity you enquired about, so they can respond.

We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication and email delivery. They process data on our instructions only.

We do not sell personal data.

Account data is kept while your account is open. Adverts and their status history are retained for as long as needed to evidence review decisions and payments. Enquiries are retained so advertisers can respond and refer back to them.

Under UK data protection law you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, and portability where applicable. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
