A calmer place to advertise commercial opportunities

Most commercial listings sites read like a spreadsheet. A trading salon sits beside a development plot, a tenanted freehold beside a market stall, and the buyer is left to work out what is actually being sold. We built Commercial Opportunities to do the opposite: fewer adverts, better presented, in sections that never blur into one another.

We are an advertising platform. We are not an estate agency and not a broker. We do not take commission, negotiate transactions, value assets, handle offers or hold deposits. Owners and professional agents pay a fixed £99 to advertise one opportunity for 60 days, and that is the whole commercial relationship.

Every advert is reviewed by a person before it appears. We check that the section and category are right, that the transaction label honestly describes what is on offer — an operating business with a lease is not a freehold sale — that the advertiser has authority to advertise, and that the photography and description meet the standard we want for the site.

What we do not do is just as important. We do not host confidential financial packs, customer databases, employee files or private lease documents. Buyers should always instruct their own solicitor, accountant and surveyor before committing to anything they find here.
