£99 is authorised before review, not charged
You authorise £99 on your card when you submit, which places a temporary hold. Your card is only charged after a person reviews and approves your advert.
Your 60 days begin on publication
The term does not start when you pay or when you submit. It starts the moment your advert is approved and goes live, so review time never costs you visibility.
Rejected or amended? The hold is released
If we reject your advert, or ask for changes, we cancel the uncaptured £99 authorisation and nothing is taken. Your bank may take several days to remove the pending hold. Where changes are requested you will need to authorise £99 again when you resubmit. In the exceptional case where £99 has already been captured, any agreed refund is made under our stated policy.
Invited 10-day introductory listings
Selected invitees may be given a one-use promotional code for a 10-day introductory listing at £0 — a chance to experience the platform and receive enquiries. It is not the standard £99 60-day product. Codes are limited, may expire or be revoked before use, do not guarantee approval and have no cash value. The 10 days begin only on publication, and you can continue for £99 (60 days) keeping the same advert.
Authority to advertise is required
You must confirm you are the owner, or an appointed professional agent with the owner's instruction, before submitting.
