Payment is taken before review
You pay the £99 when you submit. Paying does not guarantee publication — every advert is reviewed by a person first.
Your 60 days begin on publication
The term does not start when you pay or when you submit. It starts the moment your advert is approved and goes live, so review time never costs you visibility.
Rejected outright? You are refunded
If we reject your advert completely, it is eligible for a full refund of the £99. If we ask for changes instead, you can amend and resubmit at no extra cost.
Authority to advertise is required
You must confirm you are the owner, or an appointed professional agent with the owner's instruction, before submitting.
